WEEK 8: TRACTION AND PROTOTYPE (Progress)

Image
We present our final traction and prototype in week eight. At first, we surveyed to determine the number of users both men and women, and how many people enjoy our app, Sweet Tooth Craves. In our traction we can monitor the number of users and daily sales that we generate. Lastly, you can view the designs and other details in our prototype, including the desserts or sweets you wish to order.

WEEK 7: TRACTION AND REVENUE MODEL

Image
In week seven, we present the traction and revenue model. There are two indicators of a startup's or business's traction: user and revenue growth. In contrast, the revenue model helps businesses understand their target market, their customers' needs, and how to grow their business.

WEEK 6: REVENUE STREAMS

we discussed about revenue streams six weeks ago. In my opinion, a business's revenue is a source of income and sustains and expands a business.

WEEK 5: VALUE PROPOSITION AND VALUE PROPOSITION CANVAS

Image
During the fifth week, we created the value proposition and the value proposition canvas. The value proposition was created to completely understand our target market's needs. We developed a value proposition canvas to help us clearly define and communicate our special value proposition to businesses.

WEEK 4 - PROBLEM & SOLUTION (Sweet Tooth Craves) BMC AND WIREFRAME

Image
We present the app's problem and solution, the wireframe, and the BMC during the fourth week. We started by creating a business model canvas, and then we discussed the problem with the Sweet Tooth Craves app by providing a solution. Lastly, we created a wireframe that detailed the features and design of the app, including the user interface.
